Nick Mason was a founding member of the legendary band Pink Floyd and launched Nick Mason’s Saucerful Of Secrets in 2018. The project consists of Nick Mason, Gary Kemp (Spandau Ballet), Guy Pratt (Pink Floyd Live Band), Lee Harris (The Blockheads) and Dom Beken. Together they played their first acclaimed live shows in 2018 at venues including Dingwalls London, The Half Moon in Putney and several shows elsewhere. Nick Mason and his band limit their track selection for the live set to the very early years of Pink Floyd. And doing so, they fulfilled a heart’s desire for many fans.
Nick Mason’s Saucerful Of Secrets have since been playing to enthusiastic audiences all over the world, such as at London’s Roundhouse, where Pink Floyd once performed their celebrated shows in the 1960s. They have also releases a Blu-ray with a recording of the Roundhouse show. In 2019, they were already headlining the Night Of The Prog and thrilled fans at the Loreley.
Now they are returning to Night Of The Prog and the Loreley and will further develop their repertoire in 2023. Songs from Pink Floyd’s early albums, up to the 1972 album Obscured by Clouds, will be part of the set and of course Echoes will also be played as part of the new “The Echoes Tour” set.
Nick Mason’s Saucerful Of Secrets will be headlining on Friday 14 July 2023!
It will be the only live appearance in Germany in 2023!
