Anathema are from Liverpool, UK and were formed back in the very early Nineties. The band’s history produced some changes in their line-up. Vincent and Daniel Cavanagh as well as John Douglas are their longest serving members.
The band has produced 11 albums so far. Their latest one, “The Optimist”, was released in 2017 and has received an astonishing feedback from both, fans and critics. It was also a commercial success, reaching the Top 40 in the UK, Top 20 in Germany and even the Top 10 in Poland.
